Dr. Matt and his team are amazing!! I have two kids that does exactly love the dentist, and Kids First is the only place they will get their teeth cleaned. The staff and compassionate, patient and work so well with the kids and parents. Would recommend them to anyone!
Amazing staff and doctors! They really take the time to make every child feel comfortable. They have lots of fun flavored toothpastes and toothbrushes that kids get excited for. Nobody is screaming or crying because the kids love the experience of being there. The care and education given is a blessing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child.
My newborn son was just evaluated for a procedure and Dr Matt did an excellent job educating me on every detail- from a dental perspective and in older children and then from the nursing perspective, which is where we were at. He eased my worries as a mom and I can't imagine how this procedure could have possibly gone any smoother and quicker. Seeing my son after, quiet and calm, within minutes after being taken to the procedure, I was in shock and yet not entirely surprised as they've always been so great with my older girls. Dr matt and his team truly have such big hearts for the families they serve. Without a doubt this is the BEST pediatric dentist you can find!

So, as a parent, it has always been of high importance to me that my children have a better and more positive experience. Eight years ago our family relocated to the Chicago area and my research took me to Kids First Pediatric Dentistry. Walking in the door we were greeted by a welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Meeting Dr. Matt was a pleasure and exceeded any expectation. Dr. Matt is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, yet has the humor, kindness and compassion necessary in creating an awesome experience for a child at the dentist! As a parent, I appreciate the confidence I have in Dr. Matt, as well as his staff, for preventative care or as my child undergoes a procedure. Eight years later, my children ask me when they can go back to see Dr. Matt! Throughout our eight year relationship, our family has grown through international adoption. The first trip to the dentist for older children who have never had the opportunity for dental care can be an anxious one. I am forever grateful to Dr. Matt and his staff for the excellent care, kindness, understanding and patience in any circumstance. We have also had the opportunity to meet and work with Dr. Patel who is also awesome!
