I have visited this office multiple times and am completely dissatisfied with their customer service. I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointments and have waited for over an hour multiple times to be seen. One one occasion, I came in for an annual and they told me they had no record of my appointment and that the computer makes mistakes like that sometimes. In the next conversation, another employee changed their story and tried to simply say there was no record of my call and I must be mistaken. Of course, there was no remorse for my time wasted or compensation toward my next copay. I had to take off work but do they care about that? Not at all. The nearest they could schedule Me was at least two weeks later. Additionally, they provide no information about only accepting cash or check until you actually arrive at the office. In my most recent visit I again had to wait close to an hour to be seen and watched two people that arrived after me be seen first. This will be my last visit. Fortunately the best person that works there, Heather Piper, will no longer be with them for much longer either.
I waited over an hour before a doctor saw me.
After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, I went to the front desk to see what was going on. The lady at front desk told me they were not busy and that the provider would see me shortly. I waited another 20 minutes until the provider finally came into the room, talked to me for less than 5 minutes. Idiots.
